All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
Please inform us prior to returning any items.
Products you wish to return should be posted to UK Pen Blanks, Unit 1A, Killinghall Business Park, Ripon Road, Harrogate, HG3 2BA, UK. The cost of return is at the customer's expense. It is recommended that you use a tracked/insured service for your return as the products remain your responsibility until we have accepted the return.
Once we have received and accepted your return, we will issue the appropriate refund to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. The postage charge on your order is non-refundable.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
The supply of goods made to your specifications e.g where you have placed an order and we have produced or manufactured goods specifically for that order
The supply of goods which have been personalised
Goods which have been used, including attempts to “turn” the product on a lathe
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective).
The goods you return must be in a saleable condition including any original packaging.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
